These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PiVolley, a volleyball coaching and team management application operated by Piathletics e.U. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PiVolley is a web application that helps volleyball coaches and clubs manage players, teams, and scouting data. We offer the following plans:

All prices include VAT where applicable under Austrian law.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Payments and billing

• Paid plans are billed annually in advance.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with PiVolley, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights under Austrian consumer law.

After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Your account and data are kept for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Your data

You own the data you enter into PiVolley (player names, team data, scouting notes). We do not claim any rights to your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we store and protect your data.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use PiVolley for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

8. Availability

We aim to keep PiVolley available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime. We will not be liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Austrian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of PiVolley is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@pivolley.com.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use PiVolley after that date means you accept the new Terms.
