Terms of Service

By accessing or using PiVolley ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Piathletics e.U., Linzer Straße 33, 4222 Sankt Georgen an der Gusen, Austria.

PiVolley is a volleyball tactical playbook application available at app.pivolley.com. It provides coaches with tools to:

• Browse and interact with 24 volleyball formations across 4 phases
• Annotate formations with arrows, zones, and text
• Add coaching notes to individual plays
• Create teams and share live tactical views with players in real time
• Build and export a tactical playbook (PDF)
• Scout opponent teams

The free Starter plan provides access to core playbook features. Paid plans unlock additional features including team creation, live sync, and advanced tools. Feature availability per plan is described on the pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Prices are in Euro (€) and include Austrian VAT where applicable.

By providing payment details, you authorise Piathletics to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@piathletics.com within 14 days.

Under Austrian consumer law (§ 11 FAGG), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of first subscription, except where the service has already been fully performed with your explicit consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Share your subscription access with other organisations
• Use the Team Sync feature to distribute content unrelated to volleyball coaching
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features

PiVolley, the Piathletics name, and all associated software, design, and content are the intellectual property of Piathletics e.U. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or organisational coaching purposes.

Your tactical data (notes, annotations, custom formations) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of content you create within the app.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, Piathletics disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Piathletics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
